中國民主人權聯盟簡介
中國民主人權聯盟成立於1989年，由「六四」天安門大屠殺事件倖存者金秀紅在西雅圖創立。該聯盟組織包括中国和美國及其他國家的不同組織的與黨派，反對中共一黨專政，维护公民在政治、經濟權利以及財產所有權，建立一個保障自由憲政新中國為目標的政治同盟。現階段是一個推動中國和世界的自由與人權為主的聯合體。 ｛具體詳見中國民主人權聯盟Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance (CDHRA, 英文 http://FreeOurChina.com) 和 http://SeattleFDC.com FDCUSA.org FDC64.org (FDC 中文網)。
中國民主人權聯盟的基本主張 :
1、憲法保障人的基本尊嚴與基本人權。保障公民言論自由、信仰自由、出版自由、集會結社自由等。 2、國民是一切權力的來源。政府的形式及未來的政治方向，由國民決定。 3、 建立議會、國家主席、司法三權分立制度，議會和國家主席經過全民普選產生。國民人人享有選舉和被選舉權。 4.私有財產神聖不可侵犯，保護公民合法的財產；建立全民社會保障制度，實行全民免費教育、醫療和全民養老保障體系。 5. 實現軍隊國家化，軍隊忠於國家憲法。禁止政黨控制軍隊。司法獨立，政府和政黨不能幹預司法審判。 6、 尊重、保護多元化的宗教、語言、歷史、文化、習俗；各民族平等，一切民族議題在自由憲政的框架內討論與決定。
中國民主人權聯盟致力於一切可行的方式結束中共的專制暴政統治，以實現自由、憲政的新中國。在民主憲政國家體制確立之後，中國民主人權聯盟將透過公平的選舉制度參與治理國家、實現我們的理念和政策主張。
中國民主人權聯盟目前總部設在美國西雅圖。我們認為中共是萬惡之源，我們堅定地反對和揭露中共在美國和其他自由世界的洗腦、滲透和破壞活動，支持積極幫助中國人民獲得人權和自由的美國政治團體和個人。

Introduction to Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance
Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance (CDHRA) was founded in Seattle in 1989 by Jin Xiuhong, a survivor of the Tiananmen Square massacre. The alliance includes different organizations and parties from China, the United States and other countries. We oppose the one-party dictatorship of the Chinese Communist Party, protect citizens from illegal infringement on political and economic rights and property ownership, and aim to establish a new China that guarantees freedom and constitutional government. At this stage, it is a coalition that mainly promotes freedom and human rights in China and the world. Basic propositions of Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance:
1. Our proposed Chinese Constitution guarantees basic human dignity and basic human rights. Guarantees citizens’ freedom of speech, freedom of belief, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly and association, etc. 2. Citizens are the source of all power. The form of government and future political direction are decided by YOU, the people. 3. Establish a system of separation of powers between the parliament, the president of the country, and the judiciary. The parliament and the president of the country are elected by universal suffrage. Everyone has the right to vote and stand for election. 4. Private property is sacred and inviolable, and citizens’ legitimate property is protected; a universal social security system is established, and a universal free education, medical care, and universal pension security system are implemented. 5. Nationalize the military and make the military loyal to the national constitution. Political parties are prohibited from controlling the military. The judiciary is independent and the government and political parties cannot interfere with judicial trials. 6. Respect and protect diverse religions, languages, histories, cultures, and customs; all ethnic groups are equal, and all ethnic issues are discussed and decided within the framework of free constitutional government.
The Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance is committed to ending the CCP’s autocratic and tyrannical rule by all feasible means in order to realize a free and constitutional New China. After the democratic and constitutional national system is established, the Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance will participate in governing the country and realizing our ideas and policy propositions through a fair electoral system.
Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance is currently headquartered in Seattle, USA. We believe that the Chinese Communist Party is, currently, the root of all evil. We must do our best to firmly oppose and expose the brainwashing, infiltration and sabotage activities of the Chinese Communist Party in the United States and other free world. We support American political groups and individuals who actively help the Chinese people obtain human rights and freedom; and communicate with the world by communicating widely. We have an obligation to wake up people in the world about how they have been deceived by the CCP.
The Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance is willing to support and unite all organizations and individuals around the world who advocate and love freedom and peace; we hope to work with all people in the world who love freedom, peace and pursue human equality, prosperity and happiness to work for the common freedom and happiness of mankind.
