中國民主人權聯盟、美國民陣的第一修正案賦予的言論自由和集會自由的權利在2025年2月1日在紐約遭到侵犯，我們的兩名成員因在紐約市抗議中國共產黨侵犯人權，行使憲法權利而被逮捕。
先前的1月30日，中共異見人士宮凱先生和宋先生在紐約法拉盛參加反中共遊行時，遭到中共支持者陳雲燕（音譯）的攻擊。中共支持者陳雲燕向法拉盛警察局捏造謊言，導致宮先生和宋先生被捕。執行逮捕的是法拉盛警察局109分局的馬西亞諾（Detective Marciano）警探，他完全否認宮先生和宋先生關於陳女士事件的說法。
宋先生首先遭到了行凶肇事者首領陳雲燕及其同伙的言詞挑釁謾罵和身體攻擊。因此，我們的組織要求聯邦調查局和監視中國共產黨跨國鎮壓活動的美國政府相關機構對這些和其他逮捕、拘留和傷害事件進行調查，並在法庭上撤銷所有針對中國異議人士的虛假指控。
我們的組織堅信並實踐我們的第一修正案憲法權利，並將在未來繼續這樣做。

Violation of First Amendment Rights of Freedom of Speech and Assembly On February 1st, 2025, two of our members were illegally arrested for practicing their constitutional rights by protesting against Chinese Communist Party in New York City.
Previously on January 30th, Mr. Kai Gong and Mr. Song, two Chinese Communist Party Dissidents were attacked by Chinese Communist Party supporters Yun Yan Chen in Flushing, New York, while marching against the Chinese Communist Party. Yuan Yan Chen, a Chinese Communist Party supporter fabricated lies to the Flushing Police Department which resulted in Mr. Gong and Mr. Song’s arrest. Making the arrests were Detective Marciano of the Flushing’s Police Department’s 109 Precinct, whom totally dismissed what Mr. Gong and Mr. Song said about the incident with Ms. Chen.
Mr. Song was verbally and physically attacked by the leader of the attackers Ms. Chen and her partner. Therefore, our organization is requesting the FBI and related U.S. Government Agencies monitoring Chinese Communist Party’s transnational repression activities to investigate these and other illegal arrests and detentions and injuries and have all the false charges against Chinese dissents be dismissed in court.
Our organization firmly believes and practices our First Amendment Constitutional rights and will continue to do so in the future.
