本次网络大会由64Memo, Tiananmen Massacre Memorial Archives / 六四檔案、China Aid / 對華援助協會、Chinese Democracy & Human Rights Alliance 中國民主人權聯盟、Democracy Education Foundation / 民主教育基金會、Liberty Sculpture Park / 自由雕塑公園、Wei Jingsheng Foundation / 魏京生基金會共同主办。全球共有五十多个组织以及数百位来自法国、芬兰、澳大利亚、加拿大、美国等国的政治活动家、现任美国国会议员及人权活动家、民运人士、反共志愿者参加了本次会议。
会议时间从美西时间4点半正式开始，到9点半结束。本次会议时间跨度长，设立了美东及美西共4位主持人。本次会议参与人数重多，有美中問題委員會主席盧比奧參議員,Senator Rubio,中国事务委员会主席克里斯多夫·史密斯,Congressman Smith以及白宮智囊成員,亞洲政策研究中心資深政策研究員等关注中国民主事业的美国友好人士的发言，也有亲身参与和组织领导89学潮的金秀红、赵长清，李进进、熊焱、盛雪、周封锁、方正等著名民运人士的发言。
本次会议既缅怀89年在天安门大屠杀中牺牲的学生和群众，同时悼念那些为民主自由和自身解放而被中共屠杀镇压的全体中国人。会议控诉了中共的种种暴行和罪恶，声援和支持那些正在抗击中共暴政的新疆人、西藏人、香港人，支持全世界受中共武汉病毒影响和伤害的人们发起对中共的索赔性行动，会议还讨论了中国未来民主化的进程和可能的道路，并决定在未来不定期召开这样的网络联席决策会。
大会指出：中共的一党专制独裁是中国人民苦难的根源，中共的倒行逆施已经危害到了世界人民的自由和民主，全世界的人们越来越警惕和清醒过来。中国人应该得到自由的发言权、宗教选择权、出版权，中国完全应当享有选举与被选举权，全世界的民运组织应该迅速团结起来，形成更紧密联盟，共同反抗中共！采取一切可能的方式，彻底推翻中共独裁政权，建立一个真正民主自由宪政的中国。
会议在雄壮的《团结就是力量》大合唱中圆满结束。
