白节敏说，习近平只能代表中共政权，不能代表中国人民，“我们来到海外的中国人，有权有责任有义务为还在受迫害的中国人民呐喊，所以我们来到白宫向拜登总统喊话。”
白节敏还要求白宫继续对中共强硬，要求联合国接纳台湾重返联合国，“中共一不给人民自由，二制造恐怖，三制造袭击事件，有什么资格还继续待在联合国？有什么资格继续执政？台湾有权重返联合国，这是亿万人民的心声，是中国大陆那些敢怒不敢言、还遭受中共压迫的人民的心声。”
白节敏随后还去到英国驻美大使馆前，要求英国政府保护香港，他们高喊：“支持香港！声援香港！”◇

President Biden and CCP (Chinese Communist Party) Chairman Xi Jinping on November 15, Shanghai petitioners, the head of the Chinese Democracy and Human Rights Alliance (Eastern US) and the Federation
for a Democratic China (US branch) Bai Jiemin and some members of the branch went to Washington DC and shouted to Biden in front of the White House, hoping that Biden would abide by his promise and continue to trace the source of the corona virus and accomplish Biden himself promised “don’t give up until you get the answer.”
They shouted in front of the White House: “Down with the Communist Party of China! Eliminate the Chinese Communist Party! The Communist Party get out of the United States! The Communist Party get out of China! The Communist Party get out of the United Nations!” They also put up slogans: “Keep tracing the source of the CCP virus, eliminate the anti-human CCP fascist regime, cracking down on CCP infiltration, severe punishment for CCP agents and spies, defend democratic Taiwan, smash the CCP aggression.”
Bai Jiemin says, first of all, he believes that the Chinese Communist Party is a transnational criminal organization, and the so-called “dialogue” between the United States and it (CCP) is detrimental to the image of the United States; second, even if Biden and Xi was on the phone, then President Biden should raise the issue of the source
of the virus to Xi.
